Anduril Industries, the US defence technology company, is letting employees sell some of their shares in a deal that values it at about $90 billion, Bloomberg reported on 14 October 2026, citing people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified. Anduril has not commented publicly, and TSN found no company statement.
This kind of deal, called a tender offer, lets staff turn some of their shares into cash before a company goes public. It does not raise new money for the company.
The reported terms
According to Bloomberg, employees can sell shares at “$94.80 each”, and the overall offer is “capped at about $1.3 billion”. Bloomberg says the tender “opened on Oct. 13 and is set to close Nov. 9.”
Investing.com, summarising Bloomberg’s report, says both current and former employees can take part. It is the first time an Anduril tender has been open to staff in 16 countries; earlier tenders were limited to employees in the US, the UK and Australia.
A jump in value
If the reports are right, the price marks a big rise from May. Investing.com says Anduril was valued at $61 billion then, when it raised $5 billion in a round led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. It also reports that Anduril made $2.2 billion in revenue last year.
According to Investing.com, Anduril’s products include unmanned fighter aircraft, autonomy software and surveillance tools.
What this means
- Staff can cash out. Employees get a chance to sell shares while Anduril stays private.
- A higher price tag. The reported $90 billion is well above the $61 billion valuation in May.
- Not confirmed. The figures come from unnamed sources, and Anduril has not commented.
